Wall mounted jib crane is a light jib crane which is fixed on the wall or wall concrete column. It can also run along the elevated track on the wall or other supporting structure. Wall mounted jib crane doesn’t occupy the workshop area, so the workshop space can be utilized more effectively.

How to install wall mounted jib crane ?
When installing the wall mounted jib crane , pls firstly check if any bending and torsion deformation, axle rust or bruising of the boom, which might be caused during transportation. Then pls referring to bellow steps in order :
1. Drilling holes in the workshop column according to the drawings;
2. Lifting the jib crane boom by crane , using fixed bolts to fix the boom with upper and lower supporting plate . Measure the upper deflection with a level gauge, then tighten the nuts on the rotating shaft clockwise.
3. Install electric hoist, trolley and rotary device on the beam track.
4. Install festoon system power supply parts . Connect the C rails and parts on top of beam , which should be installed on the same side as the electrical control box.
5. All electrical appliances on the boom should be connected and installed with proper length of power cord. The C rail track trolley and the flat cable are respectively bound and fixed.

Attentions :
1. If the wall mounted jib crane will be used outdoor , It is necessary to install rain cover for protection .
2. After the wall mounted jib crane and support bracket are well assembly , it should be done :
1)The rotating beam can rotate flexibly around the column 180 degrees.
