Vamos lá, caso você queira portar um container para outro nó, você tem 2 possibilidades:
1 – Gerar uma imagem baseada no container que tu tem (docker commit id-do-container) em seguida você pode subir outros containers baseada nessa nova imagem, pode inclusive exportar essa imagem ou container para um arquivo e copiar para o outro docker (docker export e docker load te ajudarão nisso).
2 – Pode colocar sua aplicação em um volume e replicar esse volume entre os hosts, com isso você poderá ter um container em cada host mapeando esse volume (é mais complexo que isso, mas superficialmente seria isso).Te ajudou?
